Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy

At Dionysus-Drinks, we are committed to operating our business ethically and responsibly. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and child exploitation in any part of our operations or supply chain.

Founded in 2004 as a small Berkshire off-licence, Dionysus-Drinks has grown into a trusted online retailer of premium wines, spirits, beers, and champagnes. With long-standing relationships across the drinks industry, we ensure that all suppliers and partners share our commitment to fair treatment, legal compliance, and human rights.

We expect every supplier to:
  • Comply with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and all relevant labour laws.
  • Provide safe, voluntary, and fairly paid employment.
  • Operate with transparency and integrity throughout their own supply chains.

Before working with new suppliers, we carry out appropriate due diligence and continue to monitor higher-risk areas such as imported goods and logistics. Any breach of this policy may result in termination of the business relationship and reporting to the authorities.

All Dionysus-Drinks employees receive guidance on recognising and reporting unethical practices. Concerns can be raised confidentially via info@dionysus-drinks.co.uk and will always be treated seriously and without retaliation.

This policy is reviewed annually and approved by the Board of Directors of Dionysus-Drinks Ltd to ensure our ongoing commitment to ethical, transparent, and lawful business practices.
