Delivery Information

Standard Delivery

We offer a standard delivery during our regular business hours. We will require signature upon receipt of the parcel from someone of legal age. Once your order is processed, dependant on stock availability, all shipments are dispatched using a 24-hour service for most mainland UK destinations and arrive within 2-3 working days to the recipient. Delivery charges are determined according to the product's weight and the destination address.

Premium Delivery

Next-day delivery service is available for orders placed before the specified cut-off time, 2pm. Orders received after the cut-off will be processed and dispatched the next working day, with delivery expected the following working day. We aim to meet delivery dates but cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control. For time-sensitive orders, please order early to ensure timely delivery.

Same Day Delivery

We offer a same-day delivery service for our customers. The cut-off time for this service is 12pm. The cost will be dependent on the product and the distance required for transportation.

Damaged Parcels

We carefully pack your order to ensure it arrives safely. If your parcel is visibly damaged or leaking upon delivery, please refuse it and ask the courier to return it to sender.

Delivery Addresses

We are pleased to offer delivery to an address other than your regular billing address. To arrange this, please provide the preferred delivery address during the checkout process. We can deliver your order to your permanent workplace if someone is available to receive and sign for it.

Service Timeliness

Delivery times may be affected by poor weather. If your shipment arrives significantly late after timely collection, we will attempt to obtain a refund if eligible.
