AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between “You” (the customer or the entity you represent) and Dionysus Drinks (retail customers) and Save-More Drinks (trade customers), referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our.”

We are a company registered in England, with our registered office at Unit B, Willets Lane, Denham, Buckinghamshire, UB9 4HA. Our company registration number is 12585141.

By accessing our site (including this website and other media forms linked to Dionysus Drinks or Save-More Drinks), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use the site and must discontinue use immediately.

PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS

You are responsible for providing accurate payment details and updating them as needed. VAT and other applicable taxes and duties will be added where relevant. All payments are to be made in British Pounds unless otherwise specified.

Delivery fees apply and must be paid by the buyer. We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors (even after payment).
  • Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, especially in cases of bulk or reseller purchases.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

1. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products that have been opened.
  • Non-alcoholic beverages or items below 9% ABV, due to safety concerns.

2. Eligible Returns:

If you are unhappy with a product, notify us within 14 days of receiving the Dispatch Confirmation to request a return or refund (excluding items above). Refunds are only provided for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items.

3. Cancellation Windows:

  • If multiple products are delivered in one shipment, cancel within 14 days of receipt.
  • If products are delivered in separate shipments, cancel within 14 days after the final delivery.

PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for commercial purposes without written permission.
  • Collect data from the site (e.g., scraping or harvesting).
  • Use the site in any way that violates laws or infringes on others’ rights.
  • Use automation tools (e.g., bots, scripts).
  • Upload malicious content or interfere with site functionality.
  • Impersonate others or misuse login credentials.
  • Harass staff or misuse reporting functions.

Any breach may result in legal action and denial of access.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

In accordance with UK law, users must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol. You confirm that both the buyer and the recipient of the order are of legal age.

We or our delivery partners may request photo ID upon delivery. If age verification cannot be provided, delivery will be rescheduled at your cost.

DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY

1. Data Use:

By submitting your information, you consent to its storage and use to process orders and improve our service in line with the Data Protection Act 2018 and Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.

2. Third Parties:

We do not share your data with third parties without permission, except where required to fulfil orders.

3. Communications:

If you opt out of marketing, you may still receive service-related communications such as order confirmations and policy updates.
