  • 80 ml vanilla-flavored vodka
  • 40 ml passion fruit liqueur
  • 20–30 ml vanilla syrup
  • Ice (for shaking)
  • 15 ml lime juice
  • 2 shots (50 ml each) of prosecco
  • 2 halves of passion fruit

  • Add vodka, passion fruit liqueur, vanilla syrup, lime juice, and ice.
  • Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds to chill and mix well.
  • Strain into two chilled martini glasses.
  • Float half a passion fruit in each glass as garnish.
  • Serve with a shot of prosecco on the side.
