  • 80 ml Alcohol Free Vodka
  • 20 ml vanilla syrup
  • 20 ml lime juice
  • Ice (for shaking)
  • 50 ml sparkling water
  • Salt (for rimming glasses)
  • Ice
  • Optional garnish: 2 halves of passion fruit

  • Scoop the pulp from 2 passion fruits into a shaker (reserve a bit for garnish if desired).
  • Add passion fruit juice, vanilla syrup, lime juice, and ice.
  • Shake well for 10–15 seconds to chill and combine flavors.
  • Strain into two chilled martini glasses.
  • Top with a splash of sparkling water or soda for fizz.
  • Float a half passion fruit in each glass for garnish.
